Job summary

The candidate should bring 6+ years in healthcare IT, strong communication, and leadership experience, plus familiarity with Oracle/ Cerner workflows and project tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, EHR implementation, transition readiness, or post-go-live optimization.
• At least 2+ years of indirect management/leadership experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present updates to stakeholders.
• PMI/CPHIMS/Lean Six Sigma or Prosci certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Transition Readiness project management and scope execution.
• Manage communication between the VA and Oracle Health Readiness Team.
• Coordinate enterprise and team meetings; track readiness timelines and risks.
• Serve as final delivery owner for MPR/MPM and IMS updates.
• Drive readiness PMs to implement enterprise standards at the local level.
