Job summary

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age and meet DCYF childcare requirements.
• Submit college transcripts for evaluation; DCYF licensing compliance.
• Complete required trainings and pass background checks within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff/volunteers to provide a safe, healthy program.
• Maintain relationships with children, families, and school staff.
• Ensure licensing compliance and safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate enrichment activities and involve staff appropriately.
• Maintain attendance records and payroll data in Paycom.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; complete required paperwork on time.
