Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to drive educational excellence on our site. Site Directors lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences, using our nationally recognized curriculum, and build relationships with children, families, and local schools.

You will ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards, partner with parents, recruit and enroll families, and collaborate with district leaders and community partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience with ability to lead a team.
• Passion for children and a desire to make a difference daily.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff to create a learning environment.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to meet state licensing and safety requirements.
• Comfort with using a computer and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operations meet licensing, safety, and education standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, and school/district leaders.
