Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers and create engaging classroom experiences across our centers. You will ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards while partnering with families to deliver high-quality care and education.

Using our nationally recognized curriculum, you will recruit and enroll new families, build strong relationships with staff, school and district contacts, and drive community engagement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Love for children and a strong desire to make a difference daily.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff to create a dynamic learning environment.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, multitasking.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors; able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school leaders, licensing authorities, and partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment of new families and children.
