Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers and deliver engaging classroom experiences based on our nationally recognized curriculum. You will ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards while partnering with families to provide the best care and learning.

As Site Director, you will recruit and enroll families, cultivate relationships with school and district partners, and support teachers with professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year teaching experience and ability to lead a team.
• Love for children and desire to make a daily difference.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet state guidelines for the role.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform duties indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure the site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school/district leaders, and licensing authorities.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children.
