Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead and inspire a team of teachers, ensuring excellent classroom experiences aligned with our curriculum. You will partner with families to deliver high-quality care and education while upholding licensing and safety standards.

You will build strong relationships with staff, families, and community partners, and drive recruitment and enrollment to support site success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of teaching experience with ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Love for children and desire to make a difference every day.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery thrive.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and engage in active work; proficient in basic computer use.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences and develop top educators.
• Ensure site operations meet licensing, safety, and education standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, licensing authorities, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children at our sites.
