Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers, ensure licensing and safety standards, and partner with families to deliver high-quality early childhood education. This role focuses on building engaging classroom experiences, supervising staff, and driving enrollment and community relations across our sites.

As a Site Director, you will use our curriculum framework to guide teachers, mentor staff, and ensure a positive, compliant, and nurturing learning

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of teachers.
• Ability to build strong relationships with families and community partners.
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Read, write, and speak English proficiently to communicate with families and children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences and develop top educators.
• Ensure site operates effectively, maintains licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school/district leaders, licensing authorities, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children at our sites.
