KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead teaching teams and drive educational excellence across our sites. You will ensure licensing, safety and curriculum standards are met while partnering with families to deliver exceptional care.

You will recruit and enroll new families, build strong relationships with school and district partners, and mentor staff to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to lead a team.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with families.
• Ability to build relationships with families, staff and leaders.
• Be physically able to lift 40 pounds and perform active work indoors or outdoors.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates safely, licenses and educational standards are met.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children.
