KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead and supervise teachers, ensuring licensing, safety, and educational standards while partnering with families for excellent care.

You will drive recruitment and enrollment, cultivate relationships with families and school partners, and use our curriculum to create engaging classroom experiences that empower teachers across our sites.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience.
• Love for children and desire to make a difference.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills for a dynamic environment.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• English reading/writing/speaking for communication with families.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates effectively with licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, leaders, licensing authorities, and partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment of new families and children.
