Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead and supervise a team of teachers, delivering engaging classroom experiences and upholding licensing, safety and educational standards.

You will partner with parents, build strong relationships with families and community partners, recruit and enroll new families, and ensure the site delivers high-quality early childhood education across our centers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to lead a team.
• Love for children and desire to make a difference daily.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
