Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead educational excellence and empower teachers. You will use our nationally recognized curriculum to create engaging classroom experiences and build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.

As a Site Director, you will ensure licensing and safety standards are met, drive enrollment, and partner with families and school leaders to deliver exceptional early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of teaching experience with ability to lead a team.
• Passion for children and making a difference.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences and develop highly committed professionals.
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school/district leaders, licensing authorities, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites.
