KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers and deliver engaging classroom experiences using our curriculum as a framework. You will ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards while fostering strong relationships with families and the community.

As Site Director, you will drive recruitment and enrollment, collaborate with school and district partners, and empower teachers to deliver exceptional early education.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience to develop and lead a team.
• Love for children and a daily desire to make a difference.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Excellent customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure the site operates effectively, maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, leaders, and authorities.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children.
