Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers and create engaging classroom experiences using our nationally recognized curriculum. You’ll ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards while building strong relationships with children, families, and local partners.

You’ll recruit and enroll families, collaborate with district leaders, and champion educational excellence across the site, driving outcomes for kids and communities we serve.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Strong desire to make a difference every day and build relationships with families.
• Ability to manage multiple situations with exceptional customer service and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites.
