Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to lead a team (teachers).
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with families and staff.
• Familiarity with state guidelines for early childhood education.
• Proficiency with basic computer use and safety standards.
