KinderCare Learning Companies in Colorado Springs is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers and deliver engaging, standards-aligned programs for children. You will partner with families and local schools to ensure safe, high-quality care every day.

The role emphasizes licensing compliance, recruitment and enrollment, and building strong relationships with staff, parents, and community partners. A passion for educational excellence and hands-on leadership are essential.

Competenze

• At least one year of teaching experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery happen.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English.
