Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead and supervise a team of teachers, ensuring engaging classroom experiences and compliance with licensing and educational standards. You will partner with families to provide outstanding care and education in our sites, drawing on our Gallup-recognized curriculum to drive excellence.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience with ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences; leverage and develop educators.
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school leaders, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children.
