Qualifications

• Four year degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, Operations, or related field, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
• Ability to motivate others with conflict management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations across a large distribution center and oversee daily operations.
• Drive safety culture and incident prevention across all team members.
• Lead capacity, inventory accuracy, and quality control initiatives.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and capital expenditures to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with Inventory Management, Network Planning and HQ to align distribution goals.
