KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Site Director to lead and inspire a team of teachers, delivering engaging classroom experiences aligned with our curriculum. You will ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards across the site, while partnering with families to provide excellent care and education.

The role emphasizes recruitment, enrollment growth, and building strong relationships with families, staff, and community stakeholders in a dynamic early childhood setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience; ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Love for children and a desire to make a difference daily.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff; create a dynamic learning environment.
• Excellent organizational skills; multi-task and manage multiple situations.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique classroom experiences and develop passionate professionals.
• Ensure site operations meet licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school/district leaders, licensors and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children at our sites.
