Job summary

Lilac Learning Center in Washington state seeks a Site Director to balance big‑picture leadership with on‑the‑ground compassion. You’ll oversee complex programming, mentor a diverse team of BTs, teachers, BCBA/BCBA‑D, and work with families to support student success.

You’ll be hands‑on with safety, IEPs and documentation, while keeping budgets on track and ensuring the site runs smoothly. This is a full‑time, on‑site leadership role demanding dedication to kids and staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (or eligible in WA)
• Master’s degree required
• BCBA or BCBA‑D required
• Hands‑on experience with severe behaviors and special education programming
• Leadership experience in supervising, mentoring, growing a team
• Willingness to physically respond to students when needed
• Current driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation, and phone

Responsibilities

• Oversee class sizes and programming quality for students
• Lead IEPs, intakes and documentation
• Ensure safety, BIPs, incident reporting and managing when needed
• Hire, coach and develop a powerhouse team of staff
• Manage facility budgets, operations and community outreach
