The Autism Clinic, a division of Hope, is seeking a Site Director to oversee daily operations of the TAC site, ensuring ethical, evidence-based behavior analytic services are delivered. You will mentor staff, manage scheduling and safety, and align clinical goals with organizational policies to support families and children served.

Candidate will lead supervisors and clinicians, drive performance metrics, and partner with leadership to maintain site capacity and compliance while driving quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with individuals with ASD.
• BCBA supervision or Site Director experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all site-assigned clients and staff.
• Provide supervision, mentoring and feedback to site employees.
• Monitor site metrics, scheduling and staffing to maintain capacity.
• Oversee onboarding, training and timely documentation and compliance.
