Job summary

KinderCare in Iowa seeks a site leader to supervise teachers and develop top educators, creating engaging classroom experiences. You will ensure the site operates under licensing, safety, and educational standards while partnering with families to deliver outstanding care and education.

You will also cultivate relationships with families, staff, school leaders, state authorities, and community partners, and lead recruitment and enrollment efforts across our sites in Columbus Junction, IA.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.

Required Skills and Experience:
