Job summary

KinderCare is seeking a site leader to guide and supervise a team of teachers, creating engaging classroom experiences and ensuring high-quality care. You will ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards at your site, while partnering with families for the best possible outcomes.

Recruitment and enrollment of new families and children will be a key responsibility, along with cultivating strong relationships with staff, families, school and district leaders, and community partners.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience with ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff in a dynamic play and discovery environment.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask and manage multiple situations.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
