Job summary

KinderCare is seeking a site leader to guide and supervise a team of educators, ensuring engaging classroom experiences and compliance with safety and licensing standards. You will partner with families to provide top-quality care and education for children across our sites.

The role requires strong relationship-building, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including recruitment and enrollment efforts to grow our families and ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of teaching experience with ability to develop and inspire a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff to create a dynamic learning environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Must be physically able to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors/outdoors.

Required Skills and Experience:
