Job summary

KinderCare in Michigan is seeking a dedicated center leader to oversee a group of teachers, design engaging classrooms, and develop best-in-class educators who are passionate and committed professionals.

You will ensure the site operates effectively, maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards, partner with families, and lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children, while building positive relationships with staff, leaders, and the community.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff to create a dynamic play and discovery environment.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and multi-tasking ability.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physical ability to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors; communicate in English.

Required Skills and Experience:
