Job summary

iKids U Austin is seeking a Site Director to lead the Texas Licensed after-school program at an Austin elementary school. You will oversee a STEAM, recreational, and academic enrichment program, coordinating staff and activities with school partners.

The role emphasizes strong classroom and administrative leadership, ensuring safety, documentation, and quality delivery of iKids U lesson plans. Join a growing team dedicated to student success and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months leading a Licensed Child Care program is required.
• Clear fingerprinting background results are required.
• Reliable, independent transportation is required.
• Leadership experience required.
• College degree preferred, or college classes in relative field required.
• Currently live in the Austin metroplex.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Implement, develop, and regulate the iKids program at one school site.
• Teach Curriculum using our iKids U lesson plans that are engaging and educational.
• Supervise and implement all company policies, procedures, and maintain student records.
• Ongoing professional development and training to keep records and activities organized.
• Maintain child safety in a fun, well-managed environment.
• With 1–5 iKids Instructors, keep the facility clear and organized.
• Record incidents and behaviors in a timely manner.
• Review curriculum, organize materials, and prepare supplies for daily activities.
• Cultivate positive relationships with staff, families, and the community.
