BGE, Inc. is open to Civil Engineering Project Manager/Sr Project Manager candidates for the Site Development department at our North Austin (Louis Henna Blvd) or South Austin, TX office (Directors Blvd).

Job Description

1. Manage projects involving plans and specifications for multi-family, commercial/retail, industrial, and other projects including paving, grading, drainage, water lines, and sanitary sewers.
2. Interface with clients as needed.
3. Oversee Engineers and CAD Designers, ensuring accuracy and quality of work.
4. Handle project management reporting.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
2. Registered P.E. in Texas or ability to transfer license.
3. 10+ years of civil engineering experience, especially in commercial, industrial, or multi-family site development.
4. 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager with leadership duties.
5. Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or similar software.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Experience working with municipalities or counties is preferred.
8. MUD District experience is a plus.
