Job summary

Impact Recruitment is working with a full-service civil engineering firm located in Sacramento, California. They seek a Site Development Engineer to assist with project management, document production, and client relations as part of a growing civil engineering department.

Ideal candidates will have a B.S. in Civil Engineering with 3–8 years of civil design experience; PE preferred but not required. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering with 3–8 years of civil design experience (PE preferred but not required).
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D, HydroCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication, client relations, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in projects from design through construction completion.
• Working closely with architects, team members, and contractors.
• Preparing, compiling, and submitting drawing packages and reports.
• Supporting the civil department’s growth in preparing design standards and procedures.
