Job summary

Impact Recruitment is assisting a Colorado Springs-based civil engineering firm in finding a Site Development Engineer to support growing design projects. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Civil Engineering with 3–8 years of civil design experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD, plus strong client relations and communication skills.

PE preferred but not required. They value entrepreneurial spirit, ability to manage multiple projects, and collaboration with architects

Impact Recruitment is working with a full-service civil engineering firm, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Our client offers comprehensive, client-based, professional civil engineering, design, and consulting services. They have provided services for public works, utilities, industrial, commercial, retail and large housing projects.

We have a full-time Site Development Engineer position available with our client who is seeking a civil engineer to join their firm’s growing civil engineering department.

The ideal person for this position has an entrepreneurial spirit and is willing to roll up their sleeves to tackle a variety of tasks.

This candidate will work closely with the head of the department, assisting with project management, document production, and client relations.

Site Development Engineer Qualifications:

• Has experience in site development and stormwater management design
• Is capable of multi-tasking on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Has a B.S. in Civil Engineering; and three to eight (3-8) years of experience in civil design (PE preferred but not required)
• Is proficient with AutoCAD C3D, HydroCAD and Microsoft Office Suite

Site Development Engineer Responsibilities:
