The role focuses on site development and stormwater design, collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to advance projects from design through construction.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, 3–8 years of civil design experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of civil design experience.
• B.S. in Civil Engineering; PE preferred but not required.
• Experience in site development and stormwater design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude, integrity, and motivation.
• Comfortable building relationships with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in projects from design through construction completion.
• Work closely with architects, team members, and contractors.
• Prepare, compile, and submit drawing packages and reports.
• Support the civil department's growth in establishing design standards and procedures.
