Job summary

Impact Recruitment is assisting a Colorado Springs-based civil engineering firm in finding a Site Development Engineer to support growing design projects. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Civil Engineering with 3–8 years of civil design experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD, plus strong client relations and communication skills.

PE preferred but not required. They value entrepreneurial spirit, ability to manage multiple projects, and collaboration with architects

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering; 3–8 years of civil design experience.
• PE preferred but not required.
• Experience in site development and stormwater design.
• Capable of multi-tasking on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in projects from design through construction completion.
• Work closely with architects, team members, and contractors.
• Prepare, compile, and submit drawing packages and reports.
• Support the civil department’s growth in design standards and procedures.
