Under senior leadership, this role serves as an assistant division director overseeing complex engineering work with broad public safety implications. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team management. The role involves guiding site review teams, developing technical expertise, establishing procedures, managing process improvements, and acting as the lead product owner for site review systems. The position requires evaluating complex code compliance issues, fostering stakeholder relationships, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional customer service through various channels.
