Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Project Engineer in Nebraska to lead land development design and project management from conception through construction. You will coordinate with Olsson teams, staff, and clients, travel to job sites, and help with marketing and proposals as needed.

This role supports hybrid and remote work options to balance client needs with personal flexibility, with opportunities to engage on projects across the Nebraska region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture.
• Minimum of six years of civil engineering experience.
• Proficient in Civil 3D software.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Licensed Landscape Architect (LA).

Responsibilities

• Prepares planning and design documents in appropriate engineering discipline.
• Performs design calculations, prepares cost estimates, and uses economic analyses for comparison of alternatives.
• Assists with project scope, schedule, budget, and initiation paperwork; helps with progress reports.
