Olsson seeks an experienced Project Manager for Site Design in Lincoln, Nebraska to lead complex site development projects, manage scopes, schedules, budgets and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients and communities.

Requirements include a PE or Landscape Architect license, 8+ years in site design, and AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency. We offer flexible, hybrid/remote options across Nebraska offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control.
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect in good standing.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets and tracks progress to manage the financial success of projects.
• Manages complex contract negotiations and ensures alignment with client needs.
• Leads project plans by assembling teams and coordinating internal resources.
• Monitors progress, ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manages change requests, risk, and strategies to protect project finances.
• Coordinates detailed reviews of technical work to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Maintains positive client relations and pursues future work.
• Documents deliverables and maintains project records.
