raSmith in Wisconsin is seeking a Civil Engineer – Site Design with 2-5 years of experience to contribute to a wide range of site development projects. You will work on pre-development due diligence, design plans for sites, grading, and utilities, and perform hydrologic calculations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, regulatory permitting, and delivering comprehensive stormwater solutions, with a hybrid work environment and strong employee development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college.
• EIT certification or PE licensure is highly preferred.
• 2–5 years of site design experience for retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
• Experience in water distribution and sewer collection systems design, parking lots/roads, erosion control.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology/hydraulics software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Pre-development due diligence, exhibit preparation, and site/ paving/grading/erosion/utility plans.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and prepare stormwater management plans/reports.
• Regulatory authority research and permitting.
• Other duties as assigned
