You will design site civil components for public works, perform drainage calculations, and support permitting and grant processes. The role blends office design work with on-site observations, under a flexible hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in municipal civil projects or public works is preferred.
• Strong understanding of site grading, drainage, and water/sewer infrastructure.
• Ability to perform hydrologic/hydraulic calculations and planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site civil designs, plans, specs, and estimates for municipal projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations.
• Conduct research, grant writing and permitting for projects.
• Provide construction observation fieldwork.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
