Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Deployment Engineer to lead site design projects from concept to execution, delivering integrated facility layouts and automation solutions. You will develop AutoCAD drawings for new builds, expansions, and retrofits, and manage capital planning, vendor estimates, and ROI analyses to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

With a strong background in warehouse and automation systems, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel up to 25% for on-site commissioning

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field) with 3+ years of PM experience on large-scale capital or facilities projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for facility layouts and design documentation.
• Strong background in warehouse, logistics, or industrial design with automation systems.
• Fluent in Excel for data analysis and AI tool usage to streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead new site design projects from concept to execution with integrated layouts and automation.
• Develop and maintain AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and design docs for builds and retrofits.
• Manage capital planning, vendor estimates, ROI analyses, and project prioritization.
• Direct end-to-end project management for conveyors, sorters, and material handling.
• Coordinate 20–30 internal/external groups to meet milestones and budget targets.
• Travel up to 25% to manage on-site commissioning and construction.
