Job summary

The role includes ordering and inventory, completing regular activity reports, leading front-line and supervisory staff, and serving as Crew Leader when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years custodial supervisory experience.
• Experience developing staffing/work-loading plans and equipment budgets.
• Able to pass multiple background investigations and tests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning and subcontracted work meet contract specs and quality controls.
• Act as primary contact between Goodwill and the site customer.
• Monitor budgets for supplies, staffing, and equipment; report variances.
• Create staffing plans and approve staff hours for payroll.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; lead as Crew Leader when needed.
