Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass multiple background investigations and tests (drug, criminal, motor vehicle, firearms, credit checks).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning and subcontracted activities meet contract specs and the Quality Control Plan; perform QC inspections and resolve deficiencies.
• Act as primary contact between Horizon Goodwill and the customer/site.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; oversee supplies, chemicals, and equipment; manage subcontractors.
• Generate staffing plans and approve employee hours for payroll.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; serve as Crew Leader and perform cleaning as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Project Supervisor has primary responsibility for ensuring that all work at their assigned site is successfully completed to contract specifications and in accordance with the established Quality Control Plan. This includes (but may not be limited to): daily interaction with customer(s), contract representatives, subcontractors, and vendors; budget preparation and reporting; hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of front line and supervisory staff; ordering and inventory of supplies and equipment, and accurately completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports of activity.

Essential Functions

• Ensure that all cleaning and subcontracted activities are being completed in accordance with contract specifications and HGIs Quality Control Plan; complete regular quality control inspections and resolve deficiencies.
• Act as primary point of contact between Goodwill and the Customer (site).
• Work with Associate Director of Environmental Services to prepare and monitor supply and staffing budgets; monitor the usage of supplies/chemicals and equipment at assigned site(s). Manage subcontractor relationships and performance as required.
• Generate staffing plans and work schedules as required and approve employee hours for payroll processing.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Serve as Crew Leader and perform cleaning as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and monitoring custodial staffing/work-loading plans and equipment budgets.
• Minimum of three (3) years prior custodial supervisory experience required.
• The successful candidate must be able to successfully pass multiple background investigations and tests, potentially including (but not limited to): drug, criminal, motor vehicle, firearms, and credit checks for access to job sites.
• Position is considered essential personnel and will be required to report to work in inclement weather.
• Must have valid drivers license and ability to get to job site and to other sites as needed.
