Job summary

Verde is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Site Manager in hiring, scheduling, and training a custodial team. You will directly supervise day-shift custodial staff to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas, and inspect areas, equipment, and conditions for OSHA compliance.

You will also help recruit, interview, and evaluate staff, coordinate activities, and ensure PPE and supplies are available.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and a team player.
• 1+ year of progressively responsible operations experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience, managing direct reports.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
• Oversee daily workflow of the department.
• Provide feedback and timely performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and supervise custodial staff and ensure service expectations are met.
• Train staff on tasks, safety, and procedures; report accidents to the Site Manager.
