SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Custodial Supervisor in Livermore, CA. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional weekends and nights as needed by the business, and offers a salary range of $75,000–$78,000 per year.

The Site Supervisor will coordinate activities within the program, inspect areas and equipment for sanitation and OSHA compliance, and supervise employees and temporary staff. Strong leadership, safety focus, and communication skills are required.

Formación

• Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training.
• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; recommend training and discipline.
• Maintain records of training, inspections, attendance, and metrics.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections; track equipment and supplies.
• Drive to various locations; some travel may be required.
