Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Custodial Supervisor in Fremont, CA to safely coordinate activities within the assigned program and supervise the site team.

The role inspects areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure sanitation and OSHA compliance, with duties including training staff, reporting, and maintaining inventories. Typical schedule Mon-Fri 7:00AM–3:30PM, with some weekends and nights as needed; compensation $75,000–$78,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1 year related experience or training.
• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Driver's license may be required; forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees on safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; recommend training and discipline.
• Write pass down, weekly, or monthly reports.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track supplies and maintain inventory.
• Ensure safety and PPE usage compliance.
• Report employee issues to manager.
• Maintain records of training, inspections, attendance, and metrics.
