Job summary

Clippers Landscaping seeks a reliable Crew Leader to supervise crews on job sites, ensure safety and efficiency, and deliver quality work on schedule. You will train crew members, plan tasks, assign work, manage materials and equipment, and address client concerns under the Operations Manager.

You will inspect sites weekly, enforce safety guidelines, and look for process improvements. Strong English communication and leadership are essential; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Ability to train others and exercise leadership skills.
• Demonstrates dependability; consistently at work and on time; flexible hours based on weather/season.
• Strong interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities.
• Plan, organize and direct a team to use time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew on job sites and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Plan, assign and direct work; manage materials and equipment.
• Address and resolve customer issues; report to Operations Manager.
• Follow job specifications, schedules, and timelines.
• Inspect sites weekly and address punch lists.
• Communicate with onsite clients per plan; ensure client needs are met.
• Support safety guidelines and equipment maintenance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Maintain safe working conditions on site at all times.
