Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of professional landscape maintenance experience.
• State Technician and/or Applicator license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew on job sites to ensure safety and quality within schedules.
• Plan, assign and direct work; train crew members and monitor performance.
• Maintain equipment and materials; ensure adherence to horticultural practices and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with clients and address on-site concerns; provide timely updates to management.
