Job summary

Utilities Service, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise a landscape maintenance crew on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of projects. You will develop and train team members, plan and direct work, manage materials and equipment, and address client needs under the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in landscape maintenance, a strong leadership mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Work with management to create schedules and follow job specifications, including materials and timelines.
• Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within guidelines and timeframe.
• Ensures contractual obligations are fulfilled per horticultural practices.
• Maintains equipment preventive maintenance program.
• Inspects job sites weekly and manages punch lists.
• Identifies ways to improve processes, efficiency, and quality.
• Communicates with onsite clients per plan.
• Responds to client requests and follows up.
• Keeps manager informed of client concerns.
• Maintains safe on-site conditions and follows safety guidelines.
