Job summary

Green Vine Landscaping is seeking a crew lead to guide a maintenance team in efficient daily landscape routes, ensuring high quality and safety. You will coordinate tasks, monitor client preferences, and document hours using Aspire CRM while promoting safe practices and productive crew performance.

The role requires experience leading small field teams, strong knowledge of landscape machinery and safety standards, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Proven landscape maintenance experience with leadership ability.
• Strong knowledge of landscape machinery, trimming, and safety standards.
• Experience using Aspire CRM or similar field apps for documentation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly valued.
• Reliable attendance and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct and work alongside crew to complete routes: mowing, edging, pruning, seasonal cleanups, debris management.
• Review daily property standards, client preferences, and safe work protocols with crew before starting each job.
• Proactively flag and document property challenges, irrigation breaks, safety hazards, or missed services to the Field Supervisor.
• Log and submit accurate field hours for the crew, tracking exact job codes and account data live using the Aspire App.
• Identify enhancement or upselling opportunities on active job sites and pass details to account management.
• Train and onboard crew in safe equipment handling, professional site conduct, and high-efficiency production habits.
