Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape in Chicago seeks experienced Crew Leaders to oversee all aspects of a field crew from start to finish, ensuring safety and quality in every job.

You will supervise lawn maintenance activities, complete daily pre-trip inspections, coordinate with management and customers, and drive crews to sites using company safety policies. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliability on varied landscapes.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience managing a crew providing landscaping or related services.
• Reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site.
• Safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (“MVR”).
• Strong English communication skills. Spanish a plus.
