• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to pass background checks for Florida-based YMCA operations.
• Prior experience supervising school-age staff.
• Willingness to carry out YMCA mission and policies.
• Professional appearance and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, plans, and supervises high quality school-age programming.
• Plans events, field trips, and family activities year-round.
• Participates in program evaluation and implements improvements.
• Maintains 80% compliance with program checklists.
• Supervises staff and volunteers, providing guidance and training.
• Ensures safety and proper daily opening/closing procedures.
• Communicates program information to caregivers via multiple channels.
• Upskills staff through weekly meetings and performance reviews.
