The YMCA of Southwest Florida is seeking a School Age Site Coordinator to assist the Program Director with program development, staff training, and on-site supervision. You will manage a school-age site daily, plan long-range goals, and ensure activities align with YMCA policies and the needs of participants and families.

• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass background checks.
• Experience supervising staff and working with children is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.
