Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Physical examination within last 12 months.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move 40 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities, games, crafts, and outdoor play.
• Support group leaders and site coordinators to run daily routines.
• Encourage kids, model positivity, and promote inclusion.
• Follow EEC regulations and YMCA policies at all times.
• Attend weekly meetings and maintain attendance records.
