Job summary

Fulton Public Schools is seeking a RISE Program Site Coordinator for elementary and secondary levels for 2026-27. The role oversees daily operations, staff supervision, and family communication at the Fulton site, ensuring high-quality academic and enrichment activities after school.

The position is part-time and pays a stipend of $15,000, with responsibilities reported to the RISE Program Director and partnership with school-day staff.

Qualifications

• Missouri teaching certificate or closely related degree required; Missouri Administrative Certificate preferred.
• Experience working with school-age children.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily program operations including scheduling and logistics.
• Supervise program staff, including teachers and support staff.
• Coordinate student grouping and staff assignments.
• Monitor attendance and participation.
• Coordinate academic intervention and enrichment programming.
• Develop and revise curriculum aligned with standards.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing atmosphere and positive relationships.
• Communicate with families regarding participation and program information.
• Coordinate transportation and dismissal procedures.
